As a Gestalt-trained Organization Development consultant and coach, I specialize in guiding organizations in holistic growth and transformation.

Together with a small team of dedicated practitioners, we help you identify organisational patterns to understand deeper relational patterns at play.

Using systems thinking as a foundation, we work at individual, team and org levels to design structures and processes to create a sustainable organisation with increased wellbeing and resilience.

 

Our Approach

OD consulting is highly collaborative and requires a tailored approach to be effective. We often get a call when previous attempts at org change have failed.

Unlike large consulting firms, we operate as a networked group of independent practitioners. This means that:

  • we bring the right people with expertise that’s relevant to you, when you need it

  • we are deeply committed primarily to helping you (not to maintaining lucrative, ongoing consulting contracts)

  • we offer a bespoke approach that is cocreated with you, not a modified standardised approach

  • we use a holistic, trauma-informed approach, from high-level strategic direction to deep relational work
